Mr Jay Miller from the Wine Advocate magazine tasted five of our cavas and it makes us very happy that he scored four of them above 90 points. The cavas (sparkling wines) tasted were our cava 1+1=3 Brut and for the first time the cava 1+1=3 Brut Nature Especial 2006 Gran Reserva, cava 1+1=3 Brut Nature Pinot Noir and the organic ones cava Cygnus Brut and Brut Nature.
