Nose: Clean and fruity (apple, fresh peach and honey aromas) with a softly and vintage frame.
Palate: Lively, tasteful and elegant well bodied wine.
It is a delicious sparkling wine, with fine and delicate natural bubbles (perlage).

PAIRING
|
Certain heavy starters: croquettes (cheese, meat or ham), salty crepes, a slice of toast with grilled vegetables ‘escalivada’, Iberian cold meats.
Toast with foie.
Pastas, Piquillo peppers filled with cod and ‘escalivada’ sauce.
Fish: grouper with a soft garlic mousseline
Desserts, Catalonian cream and toffee ice cake, catánias (Catalonian chocolate) and in a wide range of sweets.
